Eric's love for lacrosse began in middle school when he first picked up a stick in Philadelphia. What started as a game quickly became an obsession. He spent countless hours honing his craft, not just on the field but also in the local lacrosse shop in Wayne, PA, where he strung sticks for extra cash and soaked up knowledge from shop owners. Even then, he dreamed of opening his own lacrosse business one day.

Eric continued his lacrosse journey at Lehigh University and Clemson University, competing at the collegiate level and deepening his understanding of the game. His passion for the sport extended beyond playing—coaching became just as fulfilling. Over the years, he has coached at nearly every level, from youth to high school, and today, he’s passing down his love for the game by coaching his son Hudson’s U9 team.

Lacrosse has remained a constant in Eric’s life long after college. He has played in post-collegiate tournaments across the country and even as far as Hawaii, staying connected to the sport and its community.

With Competitive Edge, Eric combines his lifelong passion for lacrosse with his entrepreneurial spirit, helping players and fans find their edge—on and off the field.
